  • when the user leaves the field, or
  • when the form is submitted.

Procedure

  1. Check that no validation has not occurred before data entry.
  2. Enter data.
  3. Check that validation is provided immediately after data entry or occurs before submission.

Expected results

  • #1 and #2 are true.
